Assistant Accountant

Requirements:

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Accountancy / Form 6 or above with LCCI Higher.
• Minimum 2 years’ accounting experience, preferably in similar organizations.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts and/or payment processing is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in accounting software, MS Excel/Word, and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of both English and Chinese, with strong interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

• Handle payments, invoicing, accounts receivable, and petty cash.
• Maintain accounting records and procedures.
• Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and audit.
• Handle occasional bank visits for account matters.
• Support Seminary operations, activities, and projects.

System Administrator

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in computer related field
• Good spoken and written Chinese and English
• Solid experience in PC support and installation
• Development exposure and knowledge in Java, Jsp, JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
• php, MySQL, Access.
• Working with Web CMS WordPress and LMS Moodle
• Good problem solving, communication and analytical skills
• Capable to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong analytical, interpersonal communication skills and self-motivated
